My experience at Lookers smart of Eastbourne was positive because Paul Tracey is a real ambassador for your business. I had previously had contact with Lookers Brighton in 2010 and was very disappointed with the experience both as a smart and Mercedes garage. Paul asked for a chance to improve my view of the Lookers business he has entirely. He is engaging, valuing me as a customer he has worked hard to change my opinion, provided excellent customer service he made the whole purchase very simple.
